Comprehensive Medical and Surgical Treatment

We specialize in the complete and comprehensive medical and surgical treatment of the spine, neurologic and musculoskeletal problems from diagnosis through recovery.  

Areas of specialty include spine trauma, degenerative conditions of the spine, spinal deformity, tumors, infection of the spine, nervous system pathology, Physiatry, Rehabilitation, electro diagnostic studies (EMG/NCV), depression, weight loss and pain management in all age groups.

We provide cutting edge skills and technology in the treatment of spine ailments including minimally invasive spine surgery, endoscopies procedures, laser surgery, vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, disc replacement, in addition to the more extensive reconstructive procedures.

Pain Management options offered include the complete and comprehensive medical and surgical treatments available including epidural injections, transforaminal injections, pain pump implantation/management and stimulators.

We are located on the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast.  Our referral base consists of physicians and patients in Coos, Curry, Douglas, and Lane counties. We serve as the major referral center for complex spine related problems for our region. 

Dr. Parvin is a fellowship trained and Board Certified Orthopedic spine surgeon in Oregon's southern coast region. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor, University of California, Davis, Department of Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Coelho is Board Certified in Physiatry and fellowship trained in interventional pain management.
