We specialize in the complete and comprehensive medical and surgical treatment of the spine, neurologic and musculoskeletal problems from diagnosis through recovery.  

Areas of specialty include spine trauma, degenerative conditions of the spine, spinal deformity, tumors, infection of the spine, nervous system pathology.

We provide cutting edge skills and technology in the treatment of spine ailments including minimally invasive spine surgery, endoscopies procedures, vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, disc replacement, in addition to the more extensive reconstructive procedures.

Pain Management options offered include the complete and comprehensive medical and surgical treatments available including epidural injections, transforaminal injections, implant spinal cord stimulators.

We are located on the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast.  Our referral base consists of physicians and patients in Coos, Curry, Douglas, and Lane counties. We serve as the major referral center for complex spine related problems for our region. 

Dr. Parvin is a fellowship trained and Board Certified Orthopedic spine surgeon in Oregon's southern coast region. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor, University of California, Davis, Department of Orthopedic Surgery.
